		<description>I definitely agree with this. I remember thinking this was a retarded rule, and I felt like being restricted from talking of important things is like taking a valium and going to the happy farm. I think a big problem that limits conversations is as you said...people think of it as bickering. Also, I think I big problem is that no one has tact anymore. Speech class has been dumbed down to giving a eulogy for a cartoon for your final..( yes, this was an actual occurance.) Once people learn to speak, then they can learn to truly argue.</description>
